Welcome
Our home is a former 17th-century priory, restored with a blend of tradition and modern comfort, nestled in the forest… a true haven of peace.
It is located halfway between Rodez and Conques.
We are in the area known as Le Vallon, on the Rougier plateau. The region is beautiful and perfect for exploring on foot, on horseback, or by bicycle for hiking enthusiasts, or simply for nature lovers.
We are just 10 minutes from the small town of Marcillac-Vallon, where you will find all amenities (restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, etc.).
Our house is isolated in the forest. You can park in front the house.
The house has two floors:
the kitchen and living room are on the first floor,
the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.
There are three bedrooms: two for guests and one for us.
The entire second floor is under the roof slope (attic style).
You will be able to enjoy the living room, the outdoor swimming pool, the garden, and the terrace.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen or in the garden, weather permitting.
We have two lovely dogs, who do not come into the house.
We also have two cats who live with us, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Our home, quiet and secluded, is the perfect place to relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle.
The House
The house is spread over two floors:
First floor: shared kitchen and living room
Second floor: bedrooms and bathrooms (the entire floor is under the roof slope)
We offer two guest rooms, while we occupy the third one.
⚠️ Please note: there is no separate entrance, access to the house is through the shared living areas.

Because cooking is above all a story of passion and openness, we also occasionally offer, depending on our inspiration, a few culinary escapes with oriental flavors.

We love sharing our table d’hôtes in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Sitting at our table is a wonderful way to discover the region differently, through its products, its traditions and the stories behind them.
Picnic baskets for your excursions
For your excursions exploring the beautiful landscapes of Aveyron, we can also prepare picnic baskets.
They will allow you to fully enjoy your walks while savoring a delicious gourmet break in the heart of nature.
What's on ?
Between tradition, gastronomy, and conviviality, Aveyron comes alive all year round with its local festivals and wine-related events.
In Marcillac-Vallon, the Saint-Bourrou festival in spring celebrates the renewal of the vineyards with parades, blessings, and tastings in an authentic and friendly atmosphere.
In summer, the Bruéjouls Wine Festival brings together thousands of visitors around the AOP Marcillac wines, with concerts, traditional local meals, and festive activities typical of the Southwest.
Still in the Vallon, the Marcillac Wine Fair is an unmissable event in August, offering the chance to discover the wines of Aveyron, meet the winemakers, and enjoy a convivial evening under the plane trees.
These events offer a unique immersion in the Aveyron vineyards, combining encounters, sharing, and the art of living.
